Dedicated to Your Family’s Mental Health

Fields Family Psychiatry, PLLC is a small psychiatric practice dedicated to the mental health of children, adolescents, and adults. We are a small family-owned mental health practice. We strive to treat the whole person with a holistic perspective on health and wellness.

“There is no health without mental health.” Dr. David Satcher, US Surgeon General

We accept patients with a wide range of psychiatric needs, including depression and anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, and autism. In addition, we have particular expertise in the care and treatment of pregnant and postpartum parents (including while breastfeeding), the care of LGBTQ individuals including the care of gender dysphoria, and the treatment of adolescents and young adults.  While many psychiatry practices do not accept insurance, we are committed to accepting insurance to reduce the barriers to care that so many patients with mental illness face.

We are currently scheduling appointments in-person or by telehealth. At least one in-person visit is required at least once prior to any prescription of controlled substances. Please plan on seeing us in-person if any of these needs are anticipated. Unfortunately, our office is not handicapped-accessible, so if stairs are a problem for you please let us know and we will make alternative arrangements to see you in person.

Masks are optional at this time for all in-person visits. We ask that if you have any symptoms of Covid-19 or have a known or suspected exposure in the past 10 days that you plan to be seen by telehealth.
